Input inventory data
- Login to your Google Account.
- Access template and say "YES" to "Would you like a make copy of …?"
- Fill the form. Each column of the file is a data record. Maybe you think it is weird to use a spreadsheet vertically, but you'll find it is easier to input in this way.
Share the link
You can send other people a link to your file so anyone on the internet with the link can use it. When you share a link to a file, your name will be visible as the owner of the file.
- At the top right, click Get shareable link.
- Next to "Anyone with the link," click the Down arrow Down.
- Copy and paste the link in an email to kameda [at] cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp
